Product Description
  • Podhigai Karuppu Kowni: Rice with antioxidant and anthocyanin properties. Used in traditional medicine.
  • A healthy red rice variety. Can be used as boiled rice. The ratio of rice to water is 1: 2.5 the number of pressure cooker whistles can be 4.
  • Can be made into tasty porridge also. Soak for 3 hours before cooking.
  • A Rice with antioxidant and anthocyanin properties. Used in traditional medicine.
  • Note: These rice varieties should be soaked for 4 to 6 hours before cooking.
