Morning:
Mix 5 grams of powder in 100 millilitres of water. Boil the mixture for a few minutes. Let the water cool down, then strain and drink it before eating. Do the same in the evening after dinner.
How to Apply Kottai Karanthai, Externally:-
- Put a paste from the kottai karanthai plant on the swollen area. Use the plant paste for skin problems and herpes. Apply the paste on the area with elephantiasis.
