The Paal Muthukkan Kizhangu, also known as Indian kudzu, is a robust perennial vine that thrives in various regions of India, excluding extremely wet or dry areas, and can be found growing up to 1,200 meters. Its sturdy stems can reach a diameter of 12 cm. In traditional herbal medicine, the dried tuberous roots of this plant are predominantly utilized, with occasional use of the flowers. The roots are typically collected between October and April.

 About Paal Muthukkan Kizhangu (Indian kudzu Root):-

The Indian kudzu plant is a robust perennial vine that boasts sizable tuberous roots and can be found in various regions of India, excluding extremely damp or dry areas, thriving at elevations up to 1,200 meters. Its sturdy stems can reach a diameter of 12 centimetres. In traditional herbal medicine, the dried tuberous roots are predominantly utilized, although the flowers are occasionally employed. Harvesting of the roots typically takes place between October and April.
