About Yelumbu Lotti ilai (Creeping Blepharis Leaves):-
Yelumbu otti ilai can be found on slopes with poor soil and rocks on hills as high as 1,400 m. In each node, the leaves are arranged in four false whorls. The flowers are cream or white with purple or mauve veins. The flowers are two-lipped, but the upper lip is barely visible. Raw and dried bone joint leaves are available. These leaves are abundant in minerals and other nutrients. This rare herb is only available in a few places in India.
